From 13-15 June 2012, one of our clients, AMEC (amecorg.com), held their 4th European Summit on Measurement – the largest conference of its type in the world – this year held in Dublin. The summit website ameceuropeansummit.org was designed, built, and is maintained by Tooze IT.
The week of the conference was a busy one for our team, with the need to make available to delegates, through a password protected area of the website, a download of all speaker presentations and workshop documentation, all within 2 hours of each completed conference day!
The conference included the annual AMEC Awards and Summit Dinner too. Again Tooze IT needed to respond quickly by publishing the Awards Winners and their photos on the main AMEC website before breakfast the next morning! See amecorg.com/2012/06/amec-awards-2012-winners/.
Another challenge was to get 4 galleries of photos uploaded to their website as swiftly as possible after the three day event came to a close. Again we responded with speed! See amecorg.com/pictures/.
