Client Web Portal
Use your client web portal to access important information about your Tooze IT account, such as contract renewal dates and login details to your online services. You can also:
- View and approve quotes
- View your Helpdesk
- Update your personal details
- View your order history
- Download your statement
If you are a Tooze IT client and do not have a login for your client web portal or have forgotten your login details then please email firstname.lastname@example.org for access.

If your emails are not getting through to your clients it could be that the IP address assigned to your router from your Internet Service Provider (ISP) is blacklisted.
Step 1: Go to www.whatismyip.com to find out the IP Address that your router is using. Make a note of it.
Step 2: Now go to http://www.mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx and paste in the IP Address. The tool will tell you if it is blacklisted anywhere. If it is, then try rebooting your router and a new IP Address will be assigned (unless you are on a static IP service). Now perform steps 1 and 2 again. If you cannot get an assigned IP Address that is not blacklisted, then contact your ISP for assistance.
If the problem is not with your ISP and you have an email service with Tooze IT then do contact us and we will investigate further.
From time to time we may need to access you computer remotely to help setup your email account or perhaps share our desktop with you in order to give you a product demo or discuss your project with visuals. We find join.me most useful for this, and it’s FREE to use.
